Then you hear it. The reverberations of a small water-craft coming towards you. But it’s not the Coast Guard or National Guard. It’s not even FEMA or law enforcement. It’s a neighbor – someone from your community – in their recreational motorboat. And they’re here to rescue you. This is the Cajun Navy, and our story starts here.
